REFERRAL AND REWARDS PROGRAM TERMS

Rosafa LLC (“Rosafa” or “We”) offers our Customers (“You”) the opportunity to participate in its referral and rewards program (the “Program”). We reserve the right to amend or terminate the Program at any time, for any reason.

You are bound by these Terms and Conditions by participating in the Program by signing up for the same. By participating in the Program, You agree to use the Program in the manner specified in these Terms and Conditions.

We reserve the right to modify or amend at any time these Terms and Conditions and/or the methods through which rewards are earned. We reserve the right to disqualify any Referrers from participation in the Program at any time at our sole discretion.

1. You shall be eligible to receive and collect 70 points by creating an account on our website.
2. You shall be eligible to receive and collect 100 points by entering your birthday. Points will be added on your birthday automatically.
3. You shall be eligible to receive and collect points whenever you make any successful purchase of our products from our website. Every dollar spent is equivalent to 1 point in our program. In case you return the product, the points earned shall also be reverted back.
4. You shall be eligible to receive and collect 30 points by liking our Facebook page, and 50 points by following our Instagram page.
5. You shall be eligible to receive and collect 150 points by posting reviews of our products on our website.
6. You shall be eligible to receive and collect points by referring our products to your friends.

1. All points collected by You can be redeemed as vouchers of $5, $10, $15 and $20 while shopping our products on our website.
   1. 500 points can be redeemed as $5
   2. 1000 points can be redeemed as $10
   3. 1500 points can be redeemed as $15 and;
   4. 2000 points can be redeemed as $20
2. We also offer free products in the following scenarios:
   1. On collecting 8600 points: Timeless Reset Rich Radiance Face Cream.
   2. On collecting 9800 points: Silky Pearlfection Smoothing & Instant Plumping Face Serum.

1. Referral and reward points cannot be converted into credit on the website, you can only redeem them as vouchers with a discount
1. Bulk referrals, distribution to strangers, or any other promotion of a Program in a manner that would constitute or appear to constitute unsolicited commercial email or "spam" is expressly prohibited and may be grounds for immediate termination of the Referrer's participation in the Program.
2. There is no limitation on the number of points earned by You, though they will expire after 12 months of inactivity from your end.
