The concept of beauty and taking care of care of one's skin and health can be traced back to our oriental roots and have ultimately shaped today's cosmetic climate. By combining our traditions with modern scientific techniques, the skincare brand Rosafa came to life to bring you the best of both worlds! The name Rosafa was created in reference to the first palm tree that came from Damascus and was planted in Spain due to the longing of aperson to his home country. As a result of the ripple effect, it is thought that the endless amount of palm tree in Spain today all originate back to that one tree called Rosafa... a wondrous butterfly effect.

Our first range caters to normal to dry skin types. However, every product we make is a meticulous blend of potent, plant-derived actives proven to be highly effective, safe and stable. Hence, anyone that wants to enjoy the endless benefits of our clean and eco-friendly products can use our products.

2. What is the shelf-life of the products?+-

The unopened shelf-life is 18 months. Once opened, the formulas are good to use for 6 months.

3. Are the products approved for use/certified? +-

Our products are all tested and compliant to the regulations of the European Union and the FDA. Moreover, all our products are natural, cruelty-free, made out of recyclable and sustainable materials and contain no toxic ingredients.

Yes, all our products are hypoallergenic and passed the allergy tests with flying colors. However, hypoallergenic doesn't mean non-allergenic; hence, if you are prone to allergies, we recommend that you patch test the products first.

INGREDIENTS

1. Do you test on animals? +-

Rosafa is kind to your skin and to animals as well. We do not test our products on animals in any way or form.

2. Are your products temperature-sensitive?+-

Our formulas have been subjected to tests wherein they were exposed to extreme temperatures and they all remained stable. Like any other products in the market, though, we recommend that you store them in a cool and dark place.

SHIPPING POLICY

1. Is the packaging safe for transport? +-

Yes, we make sure our packaging and wrapping are done properly and carefully while using sustainable materials such that the products are delivered safely.

2. Where is my order? +-

You will receive an email from us as soon as your order has been shipped with your tracking number, which will let you know where your products are.

3. Can you ship to my country? +-

If we do not currently ship to your country at this time we apologize and hope to cater to you in the near future.

4. What is your full shipping policy? +-

We aim to process orders as quickly and as efficiently as possible. All orders are tracked. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order is in transit. Shipping rates are flat rates per shipment regardless of the quantity & weight of the order placed.

5. USA Delivery +-

Please allow up to 2-5 working days for your delivery to arrive. We use USPS FCM package or PM package for all our USA shipments.

6. Delivery to the Rest of the World +-

All of our international deliveries will be sent via USPS or Fedex. Delivery times are approximate, but please allow 7-14 working days.

7. My product was damaged during transport, what could I do? +-

If your product was damaged during transport, please send us a picture via email to info@rosafa.co.uk. Once we have confirmation, we will send you a new product free of charge.

Your points will expire after one year of inactivity.

There are several ways you can earn points with our Rewards Program. Please find the list of options below:
