What is Rosafa’s referral program?
The Rosafa Referral Program allows Rosafa customers to refer Rosafa products to friends and family members and earn 100 points every time the referred purchases a product, which can later be used to earn discounts.

How do I refer a friend?
You can refer a friend or family member by logging into your account on www.rosafaskincare.com and proceeding to your profile. Following that, click on ‘Earn Rewards’ and then ‘Refer Friends’. After clicking that, you can see your referral link and share it on your social media platforms with your family and friends. You can also track the progress of your points in the upper left corner.

How can I check my point’s balance?
You can check your point’s balance by logging into your account and clicking on ‘Earn Rewards’. Your point balance should appear instantly.
How do I join?
You can join our Referral and Rewards Program by creating an account on our website and then proceeding to select the option to collect points that suits you best.
How do I redeem my points?
You can redeem your points as vouchers of $5, $10, $15 and $20 and use them at checkout.
- 500 points can be redeemed as $5
- 1000 points can be redeemed as $10
- 1500 points can be redeemed as $15
- 2000 points can be redeemed as $20
Do my points expire?
Your points will expire after one year of inactivity.
How do I earn points?
There are several ways you can earn points with our Rewards Program. Please find the list of options below:
- Whenever you make any successful purchase of our products from our website. Every dollar spent is equivalent to 1 point in our program.
- Receive 30 points by following our social media handle on Instagram.
- Receive 30 points by following our social media handle on Facebook.
- Receive 150 points by a posting review of our products on our website.
- Receive 100 points by referring our website and/or products to your friends (after successful creation of their account on our website).
- Receive 100 points as a celebration for your birthday!
- Receive 70 points by creating an account on our website.
Can I use my rewards code in conjunction with another promo code?
Your rewards codes and seasonal promo codes are mutually exclusive; hence, they cannot be used together.
Do rewards codes have an expiration date?
No, rewards codes do not have an expiry date. Should you face any problems, please send us an email to development@rosafaskincare.com and we will get back to you in 3-5 business days.
What happens if I forget to log in to my account when checking out?
You will not be able to access our Rewards and Referral program unless you are signed into your account, so please make sure you do!

Yes, there is a limit. You are entitled to one review per product.
When I make a return, do I lose the points I earned for purchasing that product?
Yes, once a product is returned, the points you received will be deducted from your wallet.
