Overview
Return & Replacement Policy

We at Rosafa are committed to providing our customers with the best possible products. Rosafa will issue a product replacement only in case of wrong product sent or completely damaged product. Under no circumstances, Rosafa will be refunding the amount of the product(s) in cash or credit form. For any wrong product sent we will accept return ONLY if the product is returned in an unused, unopened, sellable, and undamaged condition, in its original packaging.

The product must be returned within Seven (7) days of the delivery date. Missing items, wrong order, or excess charges must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Note : Any single product in the kit/combo cannot be cancelled or returned.

Return Process

Only products bought from the Rosafa website https://www.rosafaskincare.com can be returned to us. We will not accept returns of products bought from third party websites or physical stores.

Please allow one-two (1-2) weeks for your return to be processed, it will need to be vetted by our customer service team. You will receive an email once your return is processed.

All returned items must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice. Each item can only be replaced once.

 

Shipping costs and any convenience fee (if applicable) will not be refunded. Shipping costs include the initial shipping and any convenience charges at the time of placing the order and while returning the products back to us. The same process is applicable for International Shiping.

All gifts or promotional items received with your purchase must be returned with your order.

We will not replace opened or used products. In the case of an extreme scenario please email our customer service team.

Please note: Although we have tried to accurately show the actual colour of the products, there may be a slight variation based on the operating system you are using.

Products Not Eligible For Return/Replacement

Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:

 

  • Product is damaged due to misuse/overuse.
  • Returned without original packaging including, price tags, labels, freebies, and other accessories or if original packaging is damaged.
  • The Serial Number is tampered with.
  • Product is used or altered.
  • If the request is initiated after Seven (7) business days from the date of delivery.
  • Free/promotional product provided by the brand.
  • Single product from any combo or kits.

 

Replacement

If the return complies with our return and replacement policy, you will be eligible to replace the product.

In case a wrong product is sent to you, we will replace it with the original product ordered by you.

Shipping Policy

We aim to process orders as quickly and as efficiently as possible. All orders are tracked. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order is in transit. Shipping rates are flat rates per shipment regardless of the quantity & weight of the order placed:

USA Delivery
Please allow up to 2-5 working days for your delivery to arrive. We use USPS FCM package or PM package for all our USA shipments.

Delivery to the Rest of the World
All of our international deliveries will be sent via USPS or Fedex. Delivery times are approximate, but please allow 7-14 working days.
